    I had a decent stay with great value for my money, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient for my business meetings, and the staff overall were quite friendly and accommodating.

    The breakfast offerings could use fresher bread options.

    The breakfast was good and the place was overall clean. The unit we got was great-sized with standard extras, sea-view, balcony. Loved this classy hotel, can just recommend: )

    we had a pleasant stay at the sheraton, enjoying the comfortable ambiance and helpful staff. the breakfast offered a variety of choices, and we felt quite welcomed. the location was great for taking evening strolls along the corniche, and despite a few minor issues, our overall experience was quite satisfying. the hotel even allowed us a late checkout, which was a nice touch.

    Wifi issues and check-out hassle 😕.

    Great people.

    Awesome, amazing location in Jeddah, near to the Jeddah Corniche-where there are beautiful views of the Red Sea, a great walking path-and lots of different restaurants, the North Corniche ocean front which has massively improved over the past couple of years and a mall. Nice service, nice breakfast...

    Nothing very bad

    you feel as if you are alone in the desert, there is no enough staff the reception man is taking care for luggage’s and everything. Very expensive one, and without having car do not stay there.

    I loved the early morning check-in and the room's size! It was impressive, and the lounge chair and tea/coffee area made it cozy. the coffee machine could've been cleaned better. ☕

    The suite was spacious, luxurious and very clean. The staff was very wonderful, hospitable and professional. I checked out early in the morning to catch my flight but I could not. When I came back from the airport the duty manager kindly provided a room on my reservation with breakfast until the next plane. I'm very grateful.

    I had a fantastic stay, enjoying the spacious room with a lovely city view and the hotel's close proximity to Atallah Happy Land Park, just a short walk away for leisurely strolls, and easy access to the vibrant Red Sea Promenade, perfect for absorbing the local atmosphere.

    The location of the Sheraton is ideal, with convenient proximity to various dining options and local attractions. The staff demonstrated excellent service; reception and room service were attentive, making the stay smooth. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep. The breakfast selection was impressive, and staff in the dining area provided attentive service. The fitness center, while having some limitations, displayed a willingness to accommodate guests when possible. ,

    The club launch was fair, yet, it needs improvement.

    The maintenance was poor, I asked them to fix the shower, and the Jacuzzi, I gave them two chances 3 hours and 4 hours out of the room, but they didn’t fix it, and after I complained they sent their man while I was using the room and bathroom.! So nothing was done. The room had wind noise as the seal of the balcony door was poor. No sandals were provided!, no shower foam too! Is it really 5 stars hotel? The Bath top was not clean and poor. The shower had no pressure at all, I barely could see water from shower!!!! The breakfast should have been included within the same rate as the rate in fact was higher than what hotel fairly is worth. The

    The staff was attentive, making me feel welcome. Occasional service hiccups reminded me to manage expectations. The location was perfect for evening strolls along the beautiful Corniche. A nice experience!
